Each piece is handmade-to-order. Each image is handcut, secured in the pendant with hand poured resin and each crystal is affixed by hand! Necklaces, keychains & bracelets all come with a Sterling Silver heart handstamped with our ladybug logo.
What are the pendants made of?
The metal disks are pure 24 gauge copper and 24 gauge sterling silver.
The picture pendants are made of lead free pewter with antique .925 Sterling Silver or Copper finish.

What are the metal disk sizes? From Top to Bottom the metal d isks come in 1/2”, 5/8" (Silver only) and 3/4”.
Do I have to have a design stamp on the disk?
No, if you would like just the name or word, select none in the design stamp drop down menu.
Can you tell me about the Crystals?
They are flat back Swarovski Austrian Crystal which have individually cut and polished facets. Each crystal is affixed by hand.
Yes, Crystal replacement is free for the 1st year after purchase. After that there is a $5 fee to replace missing crystals. Simply email us to let us know that you would like to send your piece in and we will provide you with an address. It is best to insure items in the mail so that they don't get lost. We do not assume responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
What kind of chains come with the pendants?

How does my order come packaged?
Our items come gift ready in a natural color paper box with our logo embossed on the top and inside your item sitting in a nice bed of furry material. We will provide a small swatch of polish cloth (for metal disks) for you to use to keep your item polished and shiny.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once payment confirmation and photos are received, your order will be processed. Jewelry will be completed and shipped in approximately 2 weeks.
What if I need by order sooner than 2 weeks?
Rush orders are available for an additional $25. Send me an email to let me know that you need them sooner and I'll see if I can accommodate.
Can I get my necklace wet?
The pieces are each hand made and although sturdy, also somewhat delicate. Therefore, I would not recommend submerging the pieces in water. However, they probably won't be ruined if splashed with water.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece comes with a little polish cloth to polish your metal disk. Once that runs outs you can use a polish cloth or jewelry polish to keep the disk shiny. The picture pendant can be wiped clean with a cloth. As I said above, pieces can probably be splashed, but not repeatedly submerged in water. Additionally, I would not recommend extensive periods of sun exposure, i.e. sunbathing.

Can I order another a 2nd metal name disk?
Yes, for $10 extra you can choose to Add a 2nd Metal Disk and then specify the name/word for the disk and if you would like a design stamp.
Can I choose where the crystals are placed?
Yes, it's your choice. Go to the Crystal Placement drop down list for the options. Refer to the Life, Love & Ladybugs Custom Products section to see the different design options.
How do I get my photo to you?
You can send your photo to Jennifer@LifeLoveLadybugs.com.
If you are unable to email a photo, you can mail us an actual photo and we'll return it to you with your purchase. Do not put irreplaceable photos in the mail to us in case they get lost, extra copies only please! Email Jennifer@LifeLoveLadybugs.com for our mailing address.
We will crop your image to fit the pendant you choose!
What size and type of file should my photo be?
Emailed photos should be saved at a minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels or more and in a .gif or .jpeg format.
If you already have an image on your Windows computer and you want to check that your image is the proper size, follow the instructions below:
1. Open "My Computer".
2. Find the image you want to use.
3. Set your mouse pointer on the image, click the RIGHT mouse button once, and release. A small menu will appear.
4. Set your mouse pointer at the bottom of the menu on Properties (It will highlight), click the LEFT mouse button once, and release. A new screen will pop up.
5. You should see several tabs across the top of the page. One of them will say Summary. Click it.
6. You should see a list of image properties, if not click on the Advanced button at the bottom. Width is the image width in pixels, and Height is the image height in pixels. Remember, photos should be 1024 x 768 pixels or more. If the size is sufficient, click ok.
If you would prefer to send your photo by mail, your photo should be at least 3" to 6" in size.
Remember, we will crop your image to fit the pendant you choose!
Can I see my image cropped?
You may request to see your image cropped for your approval. Simply request to see a proof when you email your picture.
Can I see a preview of the product?
Unfortunately, no, but if you want I can send you what your image will look like cropped, just request to see a proof when you email your picture.
Can my image be changed from Color to Black and White?
You may request that we change your image to Black and White and we will edit the image at no charge.

What do the pieces cost?
The pieces range in price from $25 and up depending on what you create. Every piece is hand-made-to-order and created by you!
Children's Necklaces
Not all of our pieces are recommended for children. We would recommend the smaller 1/2" disk and 1/2" pendant pieces on the special 14" cut chains. However, all of the pieces come with the option for the 14" chain. Necklaces should be worn at a parents discretion and should be worn under parental supervision; especially with younger children.

What payment methods do you accept?
You will receive an order confirmation and invoice to submit your order and be required to submit payment before your piece goes into production.
PayPal: We prefer PayPal (you can use your PayPal account or a credit card). Credit Card: You can use your credit card through PayPal. If you would like to arrange for an alternate method of payment (such as a check or money order) email Jennifer@lifeloveladybugs.com to make arrangements.
When am I charged for my order?
Since each piece is custom made just for you, after you submit your design you will receive an email confirmation and invoice and will be directed to go to PayPal to pay for your order before it goes into production.
Can I get a gift certificate?
Yes, go to the Gift Certificates page on our website and place an order there.
Do you offer coupons?
If you refer a friend to Life, Love & Ladybugs and they purchase a product, you'll get a $5 coupon toward you next purchase. Just make sure that your friend enters your name at the bottom of the order page where it says "Who referred you?
Returns/Customer Satisfaction
What is the return policy?
All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from shipment. If you need to return a product, please email Jennifer@LifeLoveLadybugs.com.
Do you have any kind of customer satisfaction guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will remake it (same product, same image) at no additional cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because our products are custom and made to order, we do not start work until payment has been received, and therefore orders may be canceled up until payment has been received and work has begun
